Forest Trail project - part 2
Oh dear, Julian. The work on part 2 focussed primarily on waterfalls and cliffs. I've lost 3 weeks work because of PC troubles (blue screen of death) and now there are only 13 days left to the handover deadline.
I think you will find there are some pine trees, and there are already 2 different colours of water. Caves are easy to do (see below)
My main focus in the last fortnight before handover (some of which is dotted with unavoidable appointments and other interruptions), is to sort out the rapids and flow marks for the water, but I will see if I have time to do a square tower.

Forest Trail project - part 1
Ok, this is a benchmark image just to show I'm still working on part 2. My computer is giving me the blue screen of death on a regular basis and I will be reseating the RAM to try and cure it this evening. If I fail and it all goes wrong it will have to go for professional repair. And if that happens no work will be done for maybe a fortnight. I will also not be around on the forum in that same time.
This is the ongoing work on the waterfalls - very obviously not yet finished. The first image shows them without a shadow on the face of the cliff, and the second one with.

Marine Dungeon - further developments
Ok. This is officially the last day for preparing the graphics for Marine Dungeon 2, since I have another annual issue I need to do before Dec 1st if possible so I don't mess up everyone else's time table.
I haven't done all of the requests, and there are enough left over to do... something, later, though I'm not sure how that will be presented.
Since I only have this one last day I've decided to finish off a small set of canoes and do some bronze floor inlays for the flooded temple I've prepared as my contribution to the example maps.
Does anyone have any particular requests for inlays? I can do about 6, I think.
This one is 20ft across.

Birdseye Continental - style development thread
I finished the cliffs and did a couple of ripples to mix in with the ridges. It's all handed over now to Ralf for final preparation - complete with the usual mistakes. I always seem to realise I did something wrong after I hand it over. So when you see things not quite working the way they are supposed to on the live stream it's quite often my fault, not Ralf's ;)
