@LadieStorm - if you are still interested... I finally got around to doing something about this and with Profantasy's help I've created 'Marine Dungeon', which is about to be published in this year's Cartographer's Annual - the July issue.

Took all day, but I've got a single bundle of eelgrass (sometimes known as seagrass). What do you think?

Not sure about the sastrugi, but I think the fissures are all done now.

Ok. We're back on the Coast symbols. Progress is now more or less back on track for 2 new symbols per day Here is the maelstrom... or should that be whirlpool?

Sorry it's been so long!

I spent a long time getting the mountains and hills just right

...and then started on the Structures. These are the default cities.

And here are some towns and hut villages.

I created this pack of tentacle symbols for use in the Sewer Encounters Live Mapping session by Remy Monsen, in which he explains as part of the show how to create your own new symbols from graphics from outside the Profantasy collection and integrate them into the CC3 system.

The pack contains 9 dungeon scale symbols and can be downloaded here.

Here is an example of the tentacles used in a Winter Trail map.

Frosty pine and grass, and a few bare shrubs. The heathers are yet to be done.

I'm officially working on the March issue of the 2022 Cartographer's Annual issue, called Winter Village, but while its the Holiday season I took a short break to work on another idea I had some time back, and started to play with making a style that mimicked the effect of painting a map on canvas in oils.

I haven't got that far yet, and it will take a lot of time to finish anything like a mapping style, but I have sorted out a basic colour scheme.

Please say what you like about it, since I am still at the stage where I can change the textures before I work on the matching symbols.
