When you install the update you will probably get a message that tells you you have a newer version installed. If you do, just ignore it and carry on installing the update.

It is a bit confusing.

There are two TOUM download lines on your page of download if you once had CC3 as well as CC3+.

The top one reads "Tome of Ultimate Mapping v3". Only the bottom file in that list of 3 when you open it is for CC3+ - the "Tome tutorial files for CC3+" download. The other two above it are for CC3 only.

The right set of 3 installers for CC3+ is just beneath it, called "Tome of Ultimate Mapping v3 Plus" You will need at least the top 2 of those files, and all 3 if you have FT3/FT3+.
