I think the trap doors in the floor at 4 might be on the wrong sheet. They have shadows as if they are tables sitting corner to corner.

After a while you get better at guess-reading it. The only time I have real difficulty is if I need to be able to see the numbers for sure.

Does this look like how you would imagine a chimney fire from directly above?
