That's the other thing. You need to put them in a folder within the Symbols folder before you import them. I use a subfolder directory called User to keep things separate from the native CC symbols.

You can use offset instead of trace to do that. This is covered in another of Remy's Command of the Week articles here:

Can I change my mind and decide to do part of the Kristol Springs instead? An outdoor battle map. The area looks like Yellowstone in size, so it would only be one of the many springs.

There are whole cave systems full of both stalactites and stalagmites that have since been drowned, so I wasn't worried about them being in the water at all.

The settings are all available in the FCW file you can download from the blog page. You could open that alongside your own map and use copy and paste to copy them to your own map.

The effects are tuned to work with the textures used on that sheet each time, so you might want to use List from the Info menu to find out what those fills are. They will all be CD3 fills, so you might want to create an empty CD3 map and import it and then undo the import, just to import those fills with relative ease.

@trechriron Please contact Technical Support through your account page with these issues. I have opened both the map examples from your other thread and while I can see the zoom problem the rest isn't happening on my PC.

As it turns out I just didn't read the exact details of your previous comment correctly myself, or I would have realised that anyway.
