What I described is only a very general summary. Both these processes are described in the annual in far greater detail as two separate 20+ page illustrated mapping guides.

I used to do that in the first few months. You get used to it in the end - a bit like touch-typing without even needing to think of what letters you are actually hitting.

I didn't notice the straightness either. And if you think they don't exist, think again. This is almost the entire west coast of France - a relatively long section of coast.

I don't think anything can be done straight away, but I might be wrong. Ralf is the one who would have to decide whether to do it now or to add it to the list of corrections for the end of the year.
