You can do it by hand if what you've done there is generate a List window like this one. Click "List" for a dropdown menu to save as a txt file.

Every map is different. If you've drawn the sea, it's done :)

Oh you mean that none of those 4 rooftops pieces are joined in any way? In that case it now makes sense :)
