Was this a Profantasy product, or was it something published by Mr Baker himself that happens to work with CC3?
I have the whole set of everything Profantasy, and this doesn't seem to be part of it.

Fill Style doesn't let me draw lines in another fill than whatever I had had it as
Reinstalling the newest update has fixed the licence key issue for several others so far.

That should have been 12 ft radius, not diameter ;)
You will need to fiddle with the settings quite a lot, but at least you have some kind of starting point to work from.
