Each time I see it I don't think it can look better, but then it improves again.

I think the labels might be a little large now, but again that is personal taste. It depends how large you print or use the map.

I forgot to switch off the antialias.

For some reason you need to have some antialiasing going on.

That definitely shouldn't be happening at zero antialiasing. Please can you report it to TS for me?

It has a few bitmaps in it. The main one is CA52 Paper Bitmap, but there is also a small selection of others in there that might actually be there by accident. They are more typical of a DD3 dungeon map.
