Cyberpunk: Proof of Concept
This is definitely something that interests me, particularly as there's not a lot done with cyberpunk on things like Roll20 and I think mappers here could make a bit of money if they were inclined.
There's a pretty good amount of stuff for people that want to use them privately, as for instance found here: https://2minutetabletop.com/cyberpunk-city-map-assets/. I do wonder if its possible, or it even makes sense, for profantasy to team up with someone like this artist to produce a style folks could use.
In case anyone's wondering, the assets created by this artist is under a Creative Commons License, which means they can be used with CC3+ as long as you don't try to make money with the maps you create. The sole exception is for maps included in large adventures, at the rate of 1 map per 2000 words.
Anyway, just adding my two cents. I have no idea how such an annual style would actually do.

Marine Dungeon - a Cartographer's Annual development thread
Like Quenten I went and looked at a copy of the Sea Peoples as well. The "wilderness" areas are mapped in a hex style, so not really much help there. There is some drawing to do ridges and stuff like that. The dungeon maps in the book are all in black and white, which was pretty standard for the whole Known World (now called Mystara) line. The result is that for the most part they look like any other dungeon map, other than artistic embellishments around the page. I have fond memories of the book though.

First trip with Character Artist
Hey, thanks to the generous gift card I received from ProFantasy, I was finally able to pick up Character Artist 3, and I've finally made something with it. This is an NPC my players picked up during their adventures. It's an interesting story, so I'll share it below the pic to those who might find it entertaining. If you're not interested , feel free to skip :).
Caelyn's Story: Caelyn is a cleric of Leira in the Forgotten Realms. The group came upon her while investigating a mysterious death. She was in a mine, driven mad by the voices of the various beholderkin that had invaded it. She was holed up in a room, having conjured some zombies to protect her.
The PCs left her alone, but some town guards killed her. When the group returned to the local temple of Helm, some kind priests were planning a trip to take her body on a long journey to a temple she had mentioned. The paladin/monk in the group offered the party's services, and away they went.
En route, the party was hunted down by an organization and one of the players killed. The party decided to travel to the afterlife to rescue him from the dead, where they had to participate in a fashion show of the recently dead to try and locate him. He wasn't there, but Caelyn was, and they made a deal with the dead to rescue her as well.
And so Caelyn was reborn, and is currently serving as a player-controlled NPC cleric for the party.
