WIP: New Dungeon Commission
@JulianDracos It certainly does! Without, it would be very monotonous.
@Ricko Hasche Coming from you, that is high praise indeed! Thank you.
Another little update for this one, nearing completion - just a couple of little errors to fix where I missed some 'ragged' walls and I'm calling this one finished - 3 more to go. Thankfully, they're not quite as intricate as this one.
For the room numbering I used the cartouches from CA25 Fantasy Cities, I think these are easier to read than just numbers with a glow on this map.

WIP: Brimstone Keep
Hi Folks,
I need to up my game with CC3+. I've come to the point where I really detest working 7.00-4.00 with a 1.5-2 hour round trip each day and want to 'retire' (I'm 60) with game related stuff, particularly caartography, providing an income stream - still too young for a pension here unfortunately. Downsizing may be an option...how to get the significantly better half on board with that concept will be a challenge but luckily she feels the same way about her job so it may not be that difficult!
So, inspired by both the maps in the Humble Bundle pack and the random dungeon generator, I created the below. This is Level 1 of Brimstone Keep. I'll use this level as practice, particularly for the lighting - thanks for the great video the other week @Ralf - and continue 'building' the keep as an adventure location. There will be at least 1, possibly 2 other subterranian levels and of course the upper level floorplans and so on.

WIP: D&D 5e Random Dungeon Tiles
Thought I'd start a new thread for these. It appears I'm going to be home (working or not...) for the next few weeks at least as the COVID outbreak is currently not getting any better, so i thought I should probably get my finger and get these done so I can sell them (after checking with the Profantasy Team there's no issue with the EULA) on the DM's Guild.
I had this brilliant idea that I'do a template so I can change the fill styles if the mood suits and see what works best.
Here is a snippet of where I'm at so far.

WIP: New Dungeon Commission
Hi Folks,
Here is a quick look at the last level...GM and player versions.
What has been others experience with accuracy scaling PDFs? All of these maps I get close but it's off enough so that a small area lines up with the grid almost perfectly, making tracing very easy and then it gradually turns to cow dung, and I have to do the best I can. This map was a nightmare...
Note: This is just the structure, I have to confirm floors and other objects...

Grid size
Firstly, delete your current grid, then turn on the Grid and Snap Tools (bottom right), make sure your grid size is set to be the same as the grid you want shown. Ideally, there will be grid dots on the bottom left corner and top right corner of your map border, if there are not you're border size is incorrect for the grid you want and you won't be able to place a square grid. Then re do the Draw:Hex Square Overlay command and before finishing click on the Select Points button. Click on the bottom left corner of your border then the top right corner. Your grid should now fill just the map border perfectly.
