Inspired by the fantastic looking dungeons here, I thought it was time I tried to use the dungeon making tools. So here is my 1st attempt. By watching a vid' by Josh Plunkett, and reading the dungeons of Schley instructions, I managed to include everything I wanted to on the map.

This is taken from White Dwarf issue 52 April 84, from the adventure "The Serpent's Venom" by Liz Fletcher.

It is the dungeon that goes with the last small-scale overland map I made, for Overdale.

I have done 2 maps, 1 for dungeon masters, and 1 for use in roll20.

Any tips for improvement would be appreciated.

Great idea, I'm already thinking about how I can do it. I'm using a trace of the big city map, and it's already kind of partitioned into wards and districts, so if I can recreate the areas of the city using simple polygons, I can still add large features like the river and pyramids and gardens etc. Then I can do more detailed maps of each area as needed.

This is the first map I made for the very first game of AD+D I ran as a DM (I can't believe I still have it), it must be after April 1984 as the adventure I ran was from White Dwarf of that year and month. The map still has the notes I added to it during the game.

I thought it would be nice to give it the CC3+ treatment, so I did two new maps, one in M Schley overland, and the other in M Schley cities. I'm not sure either scale is suitable as the map seems to be about 30 miles in length. I'm thinking of running this as a one off in roll20 as my first attempt to DM there.

Any suggestions for improvement on either map would be appreciated.

I made this the best res' I could, and turned the smaller text on to see how it looks when uploaded. I probably have a few more names to put on this map and the rivers of course, which is criminal as I invented the river names for most of Elloran (certainly all of eastern Elloran) about 30 years ago.

Here is a map I finished just before Xmas, there is a second map to go along with this, but I messed part of that up and have to re-do it.

Can anyone guess where in my milieu this might be?
