I used to use Adobe CS4, my son got it for when he was doing a graphic design course. But when I upgraded my Mac it was incompatible...and I hate subscriptions (the annual is an exception!). That's why ended p getting the Affinity suite.

@Ralf has come back with a few things to check out, which I will do once I get home. Customer service does not get any better than this and I am extremely grateful for his assistance with this issue.

If there is no result there, I'll delete CC3+ and Crossover and start with fresh installs of both programs. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I guess my only other option is to revert back to a Bootcamp install which is a bit of a pain but I know that will work.

I'm installing this into a Win 10 x64 bottle, I wonder if perhaps that should be a Win x32 bottle?
