@Don Anderson Jr. Thanks for the suggestion. This was challenging because the lower floor is a stone pattern. I used an inner glow with a high transparency to make the "lower level" darker but is doesn't really give the impression of depth.

First and second floor of a school that trains mages/pilots for merchant vessels.... The party is murder hoboing their way through the building searching for a nemesis....sigh

The largest city I have tried to create. Should serve as a good base for a few campaigns. SS5 Cities of Schley with a hint of Darklands City. Looking at how to add log booms to the wide bay across from Northbridge. Everything I try is just a cluttered mess.
