Lovely. You're really good at putting these things together.

  • are there one on one mentors

No. Not saying that you won't find anyone, but there isn't an official program/system for such support.

Don't hesitate to ask for help on the forums though, there are a lot of skilled users here which may help you with your problems.

All artwork in .png format can be used in CC3+.

Generally just put the .png files in a folder under the Symbols\User folder in your CC3+ data directory, and optionally import them into symbol catalogs.

Of course, CC3+ symbols are more than just the backing image, they have properties and configuration to make things easier, like houses that aligns to roads and doors that cut walls and symbols that automatically go to the right sheet. Artwork not made for CC3+ won't have all these properties unless you set everything up for it.

When tracing, it is important when picking the entity to trace that you pick a point that is part of the traced portion. CC3+ uses this pick point to determine which way to send the trace around the entity.

  • Live Mapping: Dungeon Tiles

This week, it is my turn to bother you again. This time I am going to be talking a little about how to make printable dungeon tiles that you can use to assemble a dungeon on the fly during your sessions.

As usual, the video will start at 18:00 Norwegain Standard Time. If you for some reason don't happen to live in Norway, you can find the time in your timezone by clicking the handy YouTube video link below, or you can look at the listing in the forum sidebar to the left, if you are logged into the forum, it should display it in your local time.
