The water level in FT3+ is world-wide. High altitude lakes or below sea-level land is not something FT does, sorry.

Like Remy says, proper code-signing is effectively essential for a reputable software publisher. We changed certificate providers recently, and of course they need to authenticate you to make sure that you are really the company you claim to be. That took a little longer than expected and clashed with GenCon. Rather then postpone the Annual entirely, I opted to release it unsigned at first. It is now updated (also with fixes to the metric template) and properly code-signed.

Yeah, sorry for the confusion. I had to rename the style after it had been available for 24 hours or so (entirely my fault)

You can also just delete the Silverman folders under /System/Drawtools/ and /Annual/, as well as the template files under /Templates/Overland Maps/Wizard/.

Also, try (re-)running the latest update available from your registration page. Download it and choose "Run as Administrator" to execute it.

The three individual issues (192A, 192, and 191) are included in the full setup. I've left them available separately for the moment for subscribers who haven't installed them yet (and don't want to download the complete big setup).

The content sheet is just a small reference pdf. Not included in the full setup, but also not normally necessary as you get the reference via the documentation.
