Ferraris Style MERGE Layer Problem
Yeah, that's because those overland-type catalog settings assume layers that are not actually in template. The Vegetation catalog should also be working correctly, right?
The way to fix it:
- Click the All Catalog Settings button
- Go through the settings' Properties and set the layer to an existing layer or - probably better - to "use current settings".
Or replace your settings in C:\ProgramData\CC3Plus\System\Symbol Catalgo Settings\ with the attached versions.

Problems with Ferraris Style Example Maps Crashing - Solved
The problem was actually with the preview FCW files for the vegetation drawing tools. Some of them had effects enabled, which can cause problems with the preview in the catalog window. Unzipping the attached FCW files into System/Drawtools/Annual Ferraris Style/ should fix the problem.

Humble Bundle "Keys Temporarily Exhausted" problem
This was a temporary problem a couple days ago, when Humble Bundle ran out of serial numbers (they are bad in lettings us know in adavance to get more). Since then we provided them with new serial numbers and were hoping these would last.
If this problem persists, please let us know which products are causing the error (the HB page should indicate) and we'll poke them with more serial numbers to add. As soon as they have added them, you should be able to retrieve your keys.

Red Xs on an older map
Open Symbols > Symbol Manager, EDIT one of the symbols showing a red X and use Info > List on the red x rectangle.
That should show you the location and image CC3+ is looking for in the map. Copy the missing images there, restart CC3+ and the symbols should show again.
If you can't resolve it, post the FCW file of your map here, so we can take a look.
