I don't know if this was already suggested, but you can set the edge stripping effect so be present on the inside of polygon. You could add the same edge stripping that is on the land sheet (or an adjusted version) to the lake sheet, just on the inside, rather than the outside as with lands.

Edge of the Wild and Borderlands sound good and fitting. Although Daniel is strange and funny.

The second version looks like hat hearth with coals. I have no idea if it is possible to give them some glow, that would make it even more convincing

You could make the anvil and the stum separate Symbols. Anvils are quite heavy, but sometimes they break, so having a spare in the corner on the ground is the smart thing to do

I noticed, that the doors and windowas have the same shados as the furniture, yet the walls do not have shadows. Maybe you could give the walls sheet the same shadow eefect, the doos have.

For my eyes, the chairs are a little too big. Esppecially in comparison with the loo and bed.
