XP Programming
I've edited the first tutorial now, updated it for VS 2022 and tested it on both Windows 10 and 11, so everything should be correct there.
As for the part 2 project, seems like there was an error there where the project no longer contained the references to the XP toolkit, and was otherwise reverted to default values, which is why the includes didn't work. The project needed to be changed to use an installed SDK, and the XP references put back in. I've uploaded a fixed version now.
I've also made a minor change to my CC3+ XP template, now it should default to the latest installed SDK instead of targeting a specific version. You can download the new one using the same link as before.

Community Atlas - Doriant - Galahais - The Morstarik
Roads look much better now, really makes a huge difference when you are not seeing part of the road inside the marker circle, but the two medium cities between the red lables in the middle of the map still looks like they could need the same treatment as the rest.
You've got a spelling error, a semicolon has snuck it's way into the Wizard-realm.
The red dotted line actually goes on top of the floating island symbol at A. This looks slightly weird.
Text is much easier to read now, but I still find 'C' and to a certain degree 'A' a bit hard yet. They could do with a more powerful glow.

Copying from one map to another
Make sure you actually finish the copy command. The most common mistake here is that after selecting the entities to copy, people don't realize that CC3 is now asking for the copy origin. If you fail to do this, the selection is never copied to the clipboard. Always keep an eye on the command line, it tells you what CC3 is expecting from you at any given time. -
Forgotten Realms Interactive Atlas repairs.
Well, they are doing a good job of telling what the problem is and how to fix it for anyone interested in giving their own install a touch-up. Anyone who owns the atlas product can follow these instructions. They can't share the actual maps for copyright reasons, so this is a great second-best resource for fixing things yourself.
