As a shrewd and visionary merchant, like Mister Guzvik, for example, I would buy this magical tower and convert it into the kingdom's first 5-star hotel. The place, full of luxuries and enchantments (😅), would attract wealthy nobles and adventurers, offering perfect vacations with personalized services. The tower, now a haven of comfort and mystery, would surely become the most coveted destination in the kingdom. 🤣

Please make a personalized spa, infinity pool, private parking for high-end carriages, tobacco room, entertainment area, casino, suites with private view and premium bed please. 😅

I've been thinking about your map and the beach. If you want an even closer or more local map you can directly use the marine dungeon as the base of your map, working with the Edge Fade Inner effect on the land and/or also on the ocean.
