Commercial use of maps
Yep, I think many of us have learnt far more than we wanted to about the murkiness of copyright and IP laws in different parts of the world in recent months, thanks to events elsewhere in the RPG world.
Bottom line is it's probably safer to create your own new maps from scratch, than try copying anything someone else has done, however varied, especially when you're intending to make money from doing so.

keyboard shortcuts or commands
Not commands as such, though as a fellow "shaker", I've found a small mouse that fits easily under my hand, so the heel of the hand is supported on the mouse mat, and with that arm further supported by a heavily-padded chair arm, helps in things like drawing and clicking on icons for commands. It does get tiring though is the only snag, and can be painful if you have to persist and use increasing pressure on the affected limb joints.

Medieval / Fantasy Docks and Ships
There are a few options for docks in a couple of different styles from the Annuals, though ships and boats in the same package and style are in shorter supply in general. Fantasy Towns from 2021 has all, albeit the ships and boats are restricted to just one of each (two, if you count the varicolor option as well). Symbol Set 5: Cities of Schley has a broader range of options, and there are some simpler design options in the vector style Serpentine City from 2020. I've likely forgotten others though, and hopefully someone else can jump in with other ideas! Of these, Cities of Schley probably offers the larger set of possibilities, though that may depend on what you're looking for, and what sort of styles appeal most to you. Good luck!
