Quick(?) Ambush Battle Map

Hi Folks,
Being a fairly lazy person, for one of the games I'm currently running via Roll20 & Discord (video/voice) I needed to set up an ambush on a road. I used the Forest Path Battlemap from the Collection but then things went beyond that map, so I chucked on another one that was completly different and found myself running this encounter on 2 separate maps, which, as any of you using Roll20 would know, is a right royal PITA. So I knocked this up today for my game tomorrow night.
It's large and not too pretty but will do the job I think. I'm using the "Cliff" fill as rocky outcrops...
Edit: I realised when I was setting it up in Roll20, I forgot to turn off the construction lines for the ruined building and I needed an obstacle to prevent those near the crossroads seeing around the bend...

That's a large and ambitious project Jim. Good work!
This is for purely digital use so I don't have to worry about printing. Luckily for me, if I did want to print it, I have access to a large format plotter (the benefit of working in the construction industry for a large-ish electrical contractor😉) so I could print it over 2 x A1 pages.
By cutting into pieces, I was referring to IrfanView and a vtt. I couldn't afford the printer ink to print out all of my maps.
Another simple and, for me at least, very fast map for tonights game. This one took me about 45 minutes from start to finish... and is a "just in case I need it" map. As all you GMs know, players delight in doing the unexepected.
Both of these maps are fantastic. I love using these symbol sets. The tiles for both A and B are great for battlemaps and dungeons. I really like what you did using the cliff tile for your rock outcroppings. Fantastic.
Thanks @kevbeck43! Glad you like them. Re the Cliff fill as the rock, I thought it was a good idea and it turned out pretty well. Would I publish these…not as they stand, they both need a little extra work for that but they’re certainly good enough for home use and about 1000% better than a, in my case, rather crappy, hand drawn map.
