Have any of you ever printed your maps?
My goal is to make a very large 32x48" map and have it printed out and framed on my wall. Have any of you ever done this with your maps? Please share pictures of it on your wall if you have!

Plenty of people have, but not me. I also tend to design new styles more for screen appreciation. They aren't particularly printer friendly, though Profantasy have printed a couple of my example maps for display at Gen Con. They turned out really well, but were probably quite expensive.
Not so much @Loopysue , an A1 size plastic plotter here in Argentina, where prices are crazy out of control, costs less than 8 uss.
Regarding your question, I have printed several maps for games with friends, as Calibra said in this post - https://forum.profantasy.com/discussion/14946/mapping-to-a-friend-a-fenda-the-crack#latest - to play on the table, the best for me is plastic plotter.
I have also seen friends who printed a map of mine (of one of their kingdoms, obviously) on fabric to make a quilt for their beds.
Ricko, do you know any details about the quilt printer? Or is it a quilter? You know what I mean.
At Gary Con a few years ago, I talked to some old-time gamers who played a World War 1 air combat game. They had a gigantic mat that was custom made for them. I wish I still had the web site. I recall this was about 150 USD for a 4-foot x 8-foot map, though I think theirs was 8x8. I thought it was a good price. It was thick and sturdy.
I'd like to look into a bed cover, though.
I have printed a lot of different maps. Mostly 18x12. I have printed on canvas for a few larger ones. However, that print size was 18x24.
My fiance used to live on a sail boat for about a decade. She sailed around Florida mostly. She had wanted to sail in the Caribbean. Anyway, last year I recreated an old map of that area from ~ 1680. However, we both played Sid Meier's Pirates. So I took information city information and added it to the map. I gave it to her around September from last year. There is one error I did not realize until she put it up on the wall. It should be in leagues, but I let the scale bar stay saying miles. I think this was the version I printed, although the original was much larger in file size due to how I exported it.
I've not mounted them on the wall, but they can take up my wargaming table. This was a 4 sheet map (each sheet was 17 x 11 inches) and took up most of the space at 1:50,000 scale. Sometimes I have to use 2 tables to hold the map.
This next map covers the region my Regiment operated in Germany during the Cold War. It actually covers more than my map table can hold. It too is 1:50,000. Each hex = 3km.

@KertDawg my friend! I don't really know what kind of printer is used to print on fabric, but this is the website of the person I know in Brazil who works there. https://www.oencadernador.com.br/
More important than fabric printing is this guy's work with books and prints. Really impressive.
The map is very beautiful. The work with the islands is impressive. Love it.
A long time ago I made a map of the classic D&D B/X module Isle of Dread and had it printed on A1 or A0 format (don't remember exactly). This was before I started using CC3 and was made with Photoshop.
The adventure module only showed the coast, leaving it up to players to explore and fill in the interior of the island. I think I still have the map somewhere in storage.
