Selecting Command

Just a quick simple question...
Is there a 'Select All' command that I can use to select everything on the chosen layer and sheet (assuming all other sheets are hidden, and all other layers are frozen).
I'm trying to clean up one map to use specific entities on another map, but I need to eliminate all the extraneous unneeded layers and sheets; but I can't do that without eliminating all the other objects on the chosen sheet and layer.
Thanks !
PS: I still LOVE this program. I get lost using it, and time just flies by. I'm planning on updating my annuals purchases shortly. 😁

Yes.
The most useful way is to just right click inside the drawing when you are supposed to perform a selection and pick the "All" option.
Or, you can run the SELBYA command first. This will switch the selection process to always automatically select everything. Do note that this also means the command will be executed immediately, you basically skip the entire selection process. Not that useful in common scenarios, but have it's uses- To get back to the regular selection process afterward, run SELBYD.
Remy wrote a really good article all about selection as one of his "Command of the Week" series a couple of years back that you might find interesting.
Great! Thank you both.
I never realized this was an option 🤯
