CC3+ runs on linux?
Sorry I'm late. ;)
Turns out I was the last person to submit a test result for CC3+ on wine over at WineHQ:
It only made it to gold due to some minor inconveniences. But they're trivial / non-essential IMO. Oh, and it's worth saying I tested on Wayland (might be related) and haven't tried Xorg.
Right now I'm running wine 8.19, but haven't submitted another test because I haven't done a full install on this version. But it works just as well as the posted result.

MY MUNDI IS READY!
I don't own any of them, but there's probably a few "symbols" not readily available within the Schleyscapes:
But I'm guessing some of those (cue: Forlorn Cottage) would be almost a duplicate of the CC3+ offering.

Thanks for the offer @Alberto Giuffrida . It would be nice to have an automated way to do it. :)
I understand there aren't map in update 2 missing in update 3, am I right?
Unfortunately, no. There are a few maps that should be fetched from update2. For example,
30005 Aru.FCWwas introduced in up2, but was then corrupted in up3 (thought I assume this is more of an exception). Also, I haven't finished checking them all, I still have 360 maps to check.

Inspiration for ship deckplans?
I don't think I've mentioned here that I have a webpage (more of a playground, actually). In it I've dabbled into procedural/random map generation; mainly because I think it's fun, but also because I have a hard time doing visual stuff that looks good, or at least good-ish.
Mind you, it's one of the great joys of owning CC3+: actually creating maps that I like.
Anyway, while I'm slow to add things to my page, I realized just last week that I could reuse much of the code I've already done and create ship deckplans.
It's still a very rough WIP, but I think it's good enough to drop the generated image into CC3+ / Cosmographer either as a starting point or inspiration. It's still unlisted from the main page, but I still thought I'd share it:
Right now: Cockpit always faces left, engines are towards the rightmost room, textures are preliminary, and it's very easy to have a design that doesn't make much sense. ;)
Hopefully it's useful to somebody else.
