  • Adding new map packs

    Hi @Tim Wecks ,

Ralf did a video a bit over a year ago, where he explains how to create your own symbols. The video starts explaining how to create vector symbols and around the 42:05 mark, he explains how to do it with PNGs.

    This is the video:

  • New Humble Bundle

@JulianDracos , I've been wondering this myself, so I went and tried to figure it out the hard way. If someone could double check this, I'd appreciate it.

    As far as I can tell, HCC1 contains: CA01, CA02, CA09, CA24, CA29, CA32, CA34, CA42, CA44, CA53, CA57, CA58, CA65, CA66, CA87, CA92, CA98, CA105, CA109, CA111, CA112, CA122, CA127, CA131, CA135, CA151, CA158, and CA162.

    And apparently HCC2 contains: CA52, CA60, CA62, CA67, CA70, CA73, CA78, CA84, CA85, CA93, CA101, CA102, CA103, CA106, CA106, CA107, CA119, CA124, CA132, CA141, CA143, CA147, CA150, CA151, CA159, CA163, CA165, CA167, and CA168B.

  • New Humble Bundle

@mike robel I added my $0.02 over there based on what I was given to understand from several posts in this forum.

@Everyone else: let me know if I'm mistaken.

    This is what I posted:

    The way I understand it:

    * The one-year licence is pretty much a thing they only do for Humble Bundles and the like. Basically so you can "test drive" the full CC3+ experience even without pledging for the highest tier.

    * You may use the assets to create your own maps, and you own the maps. But you can't distribute the assets themselves. Also, if you create a "map" that is clearly intended to distribute the assets in high-def, you'd be infringing the licence.

    Just though I should add.. 1920 x 1080 is a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to write this down!
