I've been working on this and need some critique. Main question: is the blue sea working? I'm wondering if it needs to lighter?

After using watabou and working on labelling my city map, lines are appearing in my number labels:

I've tested this with outer glow and glow; I've hidden everything above TEXT 5. Weird thing is, sometimes, when I magnify to just a number, the lines vanish, other times, they remain. And they do show in every render I've made. The buildings are on buildings low, some on building high.

Any ideas?

Well, here it is. The Eastern Continent as much as I can see of it. Some areas are left 'blank' for the GM to fill in.
