Still working on my Traveller site. Nothing uploaded yet, but I have about 100 planet maps on 4 sectors. Just have to do the uwp for each, post articles, and do a few solar system maps.

  • Increase detail level on sections of FT3 map

    I found it easier, I likely lack practice, to just import the exported fcw, or png, file into CC3Plus and add things there.

  • Scale and Projection Questions

    There are two ways that I know of, these are how I do it.

    1) You can export the ft3 map as a cc3 file. Load it into cc3+, and use Info -> distance to see the size. Add an appropriate scale bar.

    2) I took a continent in FT3, exported the png, loaded an island/ocean template in CC3,CC3+ wasn't out yet but this should work as well for CC3+, imported into the template of whatever size I decided it would be. Add an appropriate scale bar.

    Other folks likely have better ways.

  • The 'NoDucks' version 3

    I temporarily changed the background sas i found I had labeled one room as 3 and 5. So I changed the background, and added a few rooms.

    Stone golems, or they are illusions. And/or the treasure containers are also illusions, or not. rooms 4 and 18.

    The room with a barrels all by itself, number 3. My home players, after one instance, started checking behind barrels for secret doors.

    Room 15: Well, they also decided patterns of barrels are suspicious. So the big blank area between the barrels on the right side of this room could mean there is a secret door there. But this time, there isn't. yes, two corridors have numbers as they could have hidden put traps in them.

    room 12, a treasure chest, lock turned away from the entering characters, sitting on a stone block, or is it ?

    Not finished, but making progress.

    Numbered the rooms, fixed one of the corridors going into room 3A.

    This could be run as still having people living here, or it is abandoned.

    Had to add a bit more.

    Medallion on the floor of room 2. Does it lead to the identical medallion on the floor between rooms 16 and 17 ? Or is it a trap ? And room 18, is it a trap with hidden pits ? Does the medallion lead a character safely to the other one, if they know the secret word ?

    Look at all that treasure in 16 and 17 ! Or are they illusions ?
