Ah, great map and fond memories. I ran a great Middle-earth campaign in Greater Harad a long time ago, and one of the characters hailed from Bozisha-Dar. :) This was my campaign map back then, still done in CC2 Pro.

Please (re-)install the latest update for CC3+, that is Update 25. Does that make a difference? If not, please send in a support request from your account at profantasy.com.

I can't find the error in the setup here, but just in case I've rebuilt the installer. Try re-downloading the DD3 Setup and running it again.
