Hi there! Sorry, if you had a a bad experience with the software. If you are experiencing crashes, plesae do submit a support ticket from your account at profantasy.com, and we'll try to track down the issue and how to fix it.

We are always open to suggestions how to improve the software, you can do so here as well as on via a support ticket, but please keep it civil and constructive.

I've updated the templates in the Annual with the slight fix mentioned in the video: Hollow fill style is set up as the default.

Actually I found them after all, my bad! Those are from Symbol Set 2. They are in the Bitmap B style, but the "outline only" symbols, which are not by default shown in the catalog.

I'm very sorry folks, but I'm suffering from a bad spell of hayfever today, and am in no shape to be in front of a camera or mic. Was hoping it would get better in the late afternoon, but it hasn't. As Sue said, I'll do it next week.
