I've been asked about this (ooold) little tool in CC3+ and done a quick update for it to be useable in CC3+. Download here and unzip over your program data directory.

It's still a pre-defined overland template, using the Mercator Overland style.

I indeed forgot to clean out the old bitmap fills from the template. Sorry for that! Attached a templates with only the correct fills, and I'll also be updating the setup for the Annual in a moment.

As for the setup not working, it might be best to send in a tech support request so I can help sort that out in direct communication.

Did you purchase a Bundle of Holding? The style was included in that, but it looks like that installer was missing the bitmap fills.

I'm fixing this now.

EDIT: I've uploaded a fixed version of the Bunde of Holding setup "City Annual Collection". If you re-download that and run it, it should add the missing bitmap fills.

Ah, fond memories and a very cool map. Our covenant La Belle Colline was in the Massif Central, not too far from Le Puy. Warning, this is one of my oldest CC2 maps.
