The new version with the fixed Global Raise/Lower commands is available as the 3.5.3 beta from the registration page.

Exactly, there is a beta update available for you to try, if you like, and it should fix the river generation issues. Reports so far have found no issues.

As we haven't had any other reports of problems with antivirus software recently, this is extremely likely a false positive. I've just run CD2.dll through Virus Total (https://www.virustotal.com/) and get no reports about it being positive.

You should be able to tell Bullguard somewhere that it should see this file as safe, as well as reporting it as a false positive on their website.

There was an error in the macro for the Medium Island Chains tool. I've fixed the Annual download, but if you want to just grab the one fixed file, take the attached one and unzip it to System/Drawtools/2022 Island Chains/ overwriting the existing one.
