First draft - The Moontide
Write up:
The Moontide
Loosely patterned after a Thames Class Barge, The Moontide is an open hold, double masted costal trade vessel. The forward cabin is a combination of galley and guest cabin. The rear cabin is the captain’s quarters. The ship is well kept and seaworthy.
The lower deck has a brig/secure hold towards the bow, the stern has smugglers compartment on either side of the rudder gear box. These are designed to be sacrificial; a larger smugglers compartment is accessed from a hidden panel in the livestock cage – leading to a large compartment running between the ballast compartments.
Cargo is general trade goods.
Crew:
Captain Jack (Red Eye) Agan (Bard). Think of Errol Flynn with a red eye patch, and a James Earl Jones voice. Wears emerald green leather armor and a scimitar, secretly and agent of Count Fen.
Sassy Agan (Sea Witch), wife of Captain Jack. A brassy, hard drinking red head – think Maureen O’Hara.
Davey Agan (Able Seaman), son of Captain Jack. Good with the long bow.
Gasper Erin (Able Seaman). Good with the long bow.
Noble Amat (Rogue). Quiet, dedicated to Count Fen.

WIP - Entrance to the Blood Rose Maze
A large room, filled with swirling mists and the faint scent of roses. In the center of the room is a small round table with a vase and single rose. On the floor is a ritual drawing of a rose.
Despite the rest of the teams warnings, Timraos crosses the room to examine the rose. He watches in fascination as the rose begins to move from the vase. Moving in a snake like fashion it quickly strikes, stinging Timraos' hand. The mists tighten and Timraos falls, when he awakes he finds that he is in a maze created out of tall rose bushes.
First draft - focused on drawing the rose pentagram. Looking for a vase and flower to put on the table, add some mist and atmosphere and I'm there. Oh, just noticed I probably should also add a door.
Suggestions and comments are welcome.

WIP - Omoroca Sailing Vessel
The Omoroca are a seafaring race, short (average 4’8” height) with broad feet (similar to halflings), and frequent tattoos. They live most of the time on the open ocean, coming to land occasionally for materials that are not available from the ocean. Easily mis-understood due to their habit of telling tall stories (always with an element of truth).
Burt the Omoroca talks about surviving the great waves created by a monstrous whale that smacked it’s tail seven times before they were able to safely sail away. (Other Omoroca would understand that this means they survived a terrible storm for seven days.) Two Omoroca’s together will often try to out do each other with their tales.
They will meet up and tether their Catamarans together for fishing or gathering other materials from the oceans.

WIP - Liosach
Expanding on the Bent Road Crossing, this is my first draft of the Kingdom of Liosach. Struggling with the Mountain range. Overall concept is that Druids are draining the land - so once outside the major population centers the land is showing the effects of the draining. Advise is greatly appreciated.
