just idly glancing at this old post after adding some maps to my gallery. thought it would be worth updating. Since this map is now at version 1.6.

following on from revamping my map of NW middle-earth, i've updated the NE.

these are some maps, reproducing a map of numenor by thomas morwinsky.

well it looking like it's almost finished. but there are some jobs still to do.

finish the large forest

theres the road i the top left, i'm not happy with. though it fits with a predefined trade route.

add some colour to represent vegetation

recheck the borders for the different areas. these aren't visible on this map

sit back, relax, look for anything i've missed

so heres the final map
