Shout Out to Ralf
I've made up words for my dungeons, like sword, etc. names, and if the players' characters have something like Read Languages, I tell them what it means. No concerted effort to make wholesale levels of languages.
However, back in my starting computer days... Sinclair ZX-81 and I have no idea where that particular cassette tape might be, I came up with some vague attempts to make an Elvish language using runes I found in a book. I don't remember the name of the book. This was about 1987.

Cavern path below Burned. The spiral stairs go up, through various tribulations and rock falls, that reaches one of the closed up water wells in Burned. The grey rocks in the rock wall blocking access to the water and the spiral stairs, pivot. Basically a hidden door set, but obvious due to the different color.
The spiral stairs are 5 feet wide.

Creating greater depth
The sea looks rather bland... make it lighter, with some depths of darker water.
They can be on the same sheet, but if you add effects, its better they be on separate sheets.
Here is a pit, with fcw in the post, I made in the past. You could use similar means for ocean depths.
For some reason, I have to click on the date in the above quote to get to the post I made in 2015.
