Note that the file structure for CC3+ is exactly the same as for CC3, with one critical difference. While CC3 kept all the data files in it's installation directory along the actual program files, CC3+ instead puts all the data files in a separate directory, C:\ProgramData\Profantasy\CC3Plus by default, insteaf of the installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Profantasy\CC3Plus). You'll find everything you used to find in the installation directory in the data directory.

No. The issues in the sampler are complete versions of the issues included. The full annual would give you lots of other nice stuff, but nothing more for this style.

Red X'es like this means that CC3+ isn't able to find external art files referenced from the map file.

This is due to the setup in that traveller catalog you are using. For the standard traveller map, a gas giant is treated as a modifier to an existing symbol, to be displayed in the corner of a hex, not in the center where a regular planet goes.

This means that the symbol is quite offset from it's origin, which should be noticeable already at 1x scale, but as you scale up, distances are also scaled obviously, meaning that distance is now 16x larger. (This special placement for traveler is also why it is so small)

The gas giant in the regular planets catalog is more normal, but that is a height symbol, which isn't what you want here.

My recommendation is to create your own symbol catalog. Just make a copy of the traveller one, and then go in and scale all the symbols so they are properly scaled related to each other, and not for the abstract traveller use, and change the origin of the gas giants to be in the middle of the planet.

You're probably planning to fix it already, but that farmland cutoff at the top looks a bit artificial being so straight and all. A few trees covering up parts of the edge helps a lot here.

Related to the problem using the mouse in general, remember that quite a lot of CC3+ can actually be done using the keyboard. This allows you to even work one handed. Some things do get quite a bit more cumbersome, but it do allow one to keep working.
