I've re-uploaded the latest Cosmo 3 setup with the fixed templates. And you can also grab the templates attached here, simply save them over the existing ones in C:\ProgramData\Profantasy\CC3Plus\Templates\Cosmographer\Wizard\

Yes, I ran into a problem during the livestream and managed to mess up the whole process in CC3+ (So the "technical issues" were mostly me messing things up. :D) . I recovered (most of) it, but the whole thing ended up rather confusing, so I removed it from YouTube for now. Sorry for that!

I indeed forgot to clean out the old bitmap fills from the template. Sorry for that! Attached a templates with only the correct fills, and I'll also be updating the setup for the Annual in a moment.

As for the setup not working, it might be best to send in a tech support request so I can help sort that out in direct communication.

Hi Brian! Please try to run CC3+ once by right-clicking the the desktop shortcut and using "Run as Administrator" to execute it. Then close it down and try the add-on setups. Do they then work?

If not, please send in a support request from your registration page and we'll sort it out through tech support.

I've been asked about this (ooold) little tool in CC3+ and done a quick update for it to be useable in CC3+. Download here and unzip over your program data directory.

It's still a pre-defined overland template, using the Mercator Overland style.

My apologies, this was delayed due to work on Symbol Set 6. I've just posted the version with the latest fixes to the betatesters. Once they had a look and it works fine (hopefully), I'll make it available publicly.
