More work to Master @Monsen

I have Karen's atlases of both Middle Earth (I bought them as an adult) and, since I was young, the Forgotten Realms, where her drawings inspired me more than her writings. I remember using her drawings to inspire me to write my own stories in my Forgotten Realms - parallel reality. 😍

I've been thinking about your map and the beach. If you want an even closer or more local map you can directly use the marine dungeon as the base of your map, working with the Edge Fade Inner effect on the land and/or also on the ocean.

I was browsing through the Atlas and noticed a small island in the Skolt region that had not yet been mapped.

So I decided to invade Master @Quenten map and take possession of this small piece of land.

I am not going to write verses or technical analyses — I am just trying to record the impact. This map is, without exaggeration, a true masterpiece in progress.

Colors are very strong <3

This whole topic about coffee makes me want to drink another one and test - once again - the limits of my stomach.

Coffee is life, coffee is love. ☕️😍

Zooming in on the region, I noticed that the original map had a small zigzag of mountains, which would be perfect for the trail to enter and exit the valley.

So I added the missing region to the atlas, the Fertile Valley Pass up to its teleportation point - inside the Ukra Dor Forest, present in the Brukon Plains region.

This map has a square of 100x100 miles with the Turquoise color. In red are regions previously mapped but not yet present in the atlas - I made the red squares as a reference and those in pink, regions that are already present in the atlas.

In this zoom, the base of the mountain looks very interesting, with this design that gives a "fade/fog" sensation.

I really like the soft blue tone of the snow, from there to white.
