Edge Fade: Printing Issue

Hello everybody,

at the moment I work on a large map which requires that I make a high resolution pdf out of it. When printing a pdf from the CC3+ printing menue with pdf creator, everything is fine as always until I choose a high resolution, where some edge fade effects getting printed as if they are disabled (some - not all!).
Has someone experienced the same?

    This is probably because the resolution is so high that the image cannot be rendered in a single pass, and this sometimes causes problems for certain effects when they are defined in another section of the map than the part that is currently being processed.

    I am not sure if this setting applies to printing, but try it out. If not, you can also also try exporting it as an image instead (still using that setting) and print the pdf from your image viewer, since it won't need to render the image first like CC3+.
    (Note that if CC3+ crashes when using the value from that post, try halving it, it should still be a big difference.)
