CD3 crashes

I have a problem, when I draw regular maps in CC3 I can save them perfectly mine as JPEG files, even rather large ones

when I draw cities and attempt to save them as JPEG files my CC3 crashes, everytime.

any suggestions?

Did you try to switch to regular CC3 before? Use the button usualy upper middle.

Nice idea, didn't work

I am trying to find some other city files to see if it is the one specific file I am working on or all city drawings

it may be my specific file, is there any form of audit or purge command in CD3 or CC3?

Nothing that I think of corresponds to what you need.
To localise the trouble shooter you could hide all sheet and show them again one after the other + export. Maybe there's a better solution but it doesn't come in mind now...

I tried to copy paste out the elements into a new drawing, that didn't work either.

I downloaded a sample map and saved it and that one worked. I think the problem is some aspect inside my drawing but it is a large city I couldn't imagine how I would discover what the problem is

It might be the number of entities in the map. The more entities you have, the more memory CC3 will need to save it, and it has a habit of crashing if you run out of memory.
You might wish to try to close all other programs running on the computer before exporting the image, to see if that makes a difference.

I gave up saving cities as images a long time ago...

Try the PDF Creator way, that one works even for the largest of cities (at least for me):

Yeah I think PDF's are the way to go, I haven't had the issues when I do that, thanks for the help
