Is city creator 3 worth buying for fiction writers?

It looks really sleek but i'm wondering if it's worth it just for a personal reference while writing.

I guess that depends on how exactly you are going to use it. You already own CC3 if I am not mistaken, so it won't cost you more than $40, so I would say it is worth it, especially if you have more than a couple of small cities.

Wandering buildings... a problem when an author forgets where different buildings are in location to each other. Easy to do without a map.
