I've done a couple creative reimages of Spelljammer ships.
I've shared past reimages of Spelljammer ships here.

Truly beautiful reimaging. However, you have mis-spelled 'passenger' a few times in your first map, and some of the legends in the second have the lines too close together. Otherwise, just terrific.
This looks great! I like the way you suggested windows on the passenger, lower, and observatory decks, very cool. If I could offer some 'flow' advice, I'd say to rotate the stairs at the bridge level 180 degrees. Narratively, if there's some sort of emergency, folks are going to be rushing to the bridge, coming up the stairs directly to the head. They'll need to "j-hook" to get to any important location (unless they really have to go...). If you rotate them, when the crew reach the bridge level they'll be facing the bridge access doors.
For an example of (my interpretation of) traffic flow, here's a ship I drew a long time ago. I tried to imagine footpath travel and oriented the stairs as best I could: https://forum.profantasy.com/discussion/2849/intra-system-cutter
Really nice! I just did a rough conversion of some of the old Spelljammer rules to 5E for my homebrew campaign world. Loving these maps. ?
How did you get the wall to hug the stairs? I tried and no mater what I could not get such a tight fit.
IIRC, I created a new BULKHEAD drawing tool: ELIPSE/CIRCLE (with an eccentricity of "1" ) with the same dimensions as my other bulkheads (then, I think, I right clicked on the CIRCLE drawing tool to change how the circle was drawn). I chose 'Radius and Center'. https://www.profantasy.com/cchelp/DRAW1/hlp_cmd_cirr.htm
I then drew it centered on the middle of stair .BMP. I used BREAK to cut out the circle from the "12 'o' clock" position to the "3 'o' clock" position. Then I switched back to the standard BULKHEAD to "fill in the gaps" as best I could.
If you look as the "6 'o' clock" position of the stairwell wall you can see were the straight wall overlap is a bit off. I think it took a few times for me to line up the well wall to the stairs (I did make sure to mark down the center coordinates of the stair to make it a bit easier). There was a lot of trial and error to get it right, and I’m sure there’s an easier way to do it...
