The only way to look at a gallery is to go into the user's profile and select it (or follow a link they posted one). There are no ways to see multiple at once.
The 5MB limit for the gallery should be working now, I believe.
EDIT: I think I will probably stick to jpgs around 2000 pixels wide (which is around the old 2MB limit), since people with lower broadband availability may have issues trying to view larger images.
Then I will use the full 5MB resolution for things like large cities and other maps where detail is the thing.
Maybe I will even have separate albums for hi and low res versions...
Updating my profile also tells me that I have entered another users email. I don’t remember making a second account but over the years any thing is possible. How can I find this account and delete it ?
@Quayuazue You have another account called 'Asher' which is registered as active from August 2017 to May 8th 2020, so you seem to have used it quite recently.
I don't think there is a read all anywhere, but you have a mark read for each category from the categories page.
I'll see if I can do anything about the Bottom of Page links. Generally, if something isn't here, it is because the new forum doesn't support the feature, so it isn't something I can simply turn on. Bottom of page links isn't a terribly complicated thing however, so maybe I can make something.
That would be wonderful. If not the Bottom of Page then perhaps the Page# links at the top of the page as well, whichever is easier or available.
I know that it takes you to the last read post in a thread with new posts, but in one that you've already read you have to manually scroll to the bottom of the first page to see the page numbers to get to the desired page. I keep reaching for that Bottom link and it's not there anymore. ?
He is good to us Sue, and he is very much appreciated.
You don't need to scroll to the bottom to find the page numbers, they're at the top of every page too, but at the first page, they're below the top post instead of above it. Instead of considering everything posts as most other forums, Vanilla has this concept of 'Discussion' and 'Comments'. That first post is the actual discussion, and they've made things so the page indicators are at the top of the comments list, which puts them below that "discussion" on the first page.
I just got this when I attempted to post another comment on another thread - my second comment in last few minutes. Any idea as to why?
You have posted 2 times within 60 seconds. A spam block is now in effect on your account. You must wait at least 300 seconds before attempting to post again.
One of the annoying things about some spammers is that they fill the front page with spam topics. The settings here force a delay if you try to post too quickly. It is not meant to hamper legitimate posting, but if you post a tad to quickly, you may run into it. As the message says, it is only a 5 minute timeout though. Enough to make mass posting really annoying for a spammer, but unlikely to be much problems for the average user.
Let me know if this becomes an actual problem and not something you (anyone) just encounter once in a blue moon. I don't want to inconvenience regular users, but it is a trade-off.
I'll have to remember to sign on to this forum with my user id. If I use my email address the system wants my ProFantasy Registered Users Page password (which is different).
I have two saved, and fortunately they are not both my email address. One is for my PF account. That is the email address, and the other is saved under my avatar name. If they were both under my email address that would be a bit confusing. I'd have a 50:50 chance of getting my log on right first time in either case.
It's best to set up everything so that you log on using your avatar name for the forum.
I have two entries under "forum.profantasy.com", one with my user id, the other with my email address. Each has a different password. Oddly the "secure.profantasy.com" entry using my email address has the same password as the latter forum account. Not quite sure why.

Awesome!
Thank you, Remy :D

Should I delete it?
Any chance of getting the Bottom of Page link again? I used that a lot and find myself missing it, especially when not logged in.
Except for 'Site Matters' there is a Home link at the bottom of the page. Or did you mean a button to go to the last post on a page ?
I like the new look! Is there a "mark all read" somewhere?

If you press Home at the bottom of the page, it brings you back to discussions

It's an anti-spam measure.

You shouldn't type so fast Quenten! :P
I must be the slowest 2 finger typist ever.
I really like the new look forums Monsen.
I missed that! It's all good then. Thanks Remy!
Yes Please Delete "Asher"
Thank you Very much

@Quayuazue Ok, done.
I'll have to remember to sign on to this forum with my user id. If I use my email address the system wants my ProFantasy Registered Users Page password (which is different).
Doesn't the browser save that per subdomain? Looked at my saved passwords, and I have one for www.profantasy.com, and one for forum.profantasy.com.

Is there a mark everything read button for the forums?, I always wanted that for the old forums.
No, I think the closest option is to do it individually for each category on the categories page, there's is no mark everything read button.
Thanks, didnt know it was on Categories page, that will work.
Is there any way to purge my Notifications list? I don't want to keep them around if I've already seen them.
Don't think so, other than by deleting them one by one (after clicking 'All notifications')
And how do I do that? I don't see a button or anything I can click.
