CC3+ Update Can't Find FCW32.mac File

Another install conundrum. As I continue to install everything on my new system I've run into another issue. When I run the CC3+ update file I get an error message saying it can't locate the FCW32.mac file. I choose the IGNORE. I've checked, and I do have the FCW32.mac file in the ProgramData directory.
I've run the CC3+ update after the install of the program, after the install of all of the add-ons, and then after the install of all of the annuals, and have also rebooted my system each time. I did not get the error message the first time, only the second and third times.
