CC3+ not found...

Okay, so I'm trying to get campaign cartographer on my new laptop. I installed CC3+, like normal. Now I'm trying to install all the stuff that goes with it. But each time I try, I get an error message, CC3+ not found.
Uhm... help?

First, make sure it was actually CC3+ you installed in the first place, and not the old CC3.
And, when you install add-ons, make sure to use the CC3+ versions of them, and not the CC3 versions, as these are not compatible.
If you are sure you are using only CC3+ stuff, you can also try installing the latest update (even if you already installed the latest CC3+ version) before trying to install add-ons.
actually, I did try to install the latest update... it's the first one I got the error message with. I'm pretty sure I installed cc3+, and not cc3, because it was already cc3+ when I bought it. But I will double check and get back to you.
well, it says CC3+ on the shortcut on my desktop... so I have to assume it's CC3+ I installed.
Have you tried starting and then closing down CC3+ at least once before you proceed with the rest of the installs?
well, I have started it up and shut it down... so let me try again :). I'll keep you posted.

Hey Remy... I'm getting ready to install the TUM, and I remember the zipped files for it, and I don't remember what to do with the zipped files after I extract them. Can you remind me what I'm supposed to do?
I don't think there shouldn't be any need for any zipped files as long as you use the newest installer available from the registration page. It should put everything needed in the right place.

oh crap... TUM is for CC3 not CC3+, so it won't install. I know there's a work around... or did I download the wrong version?

You have the wrong version. You'll find the CC3+ version for download on the registered user download pages.

I don't see a TUM for cc3+. I see it for cc3, I see the pdf, then the zipped folder. I'm pretty sure I'm looking in the right place... it's where I got all of my other downloads.
It is a bit confusing.
There are two TOUM download lines on your page of download if you once had CC3 as well as CC3+.
The top one reads "Tome of Ultimate Mapping v3". Only the bottom file in that list of 3 when you open it is for CC3+ - the "Tome tutorial files for CC3+" download. The other two above it are for CC3 only.
The right set of 3 installers for CC3+ is just beneath it, called "Tome of Ultimate Mapping v3 Plus" You will need at least the top 2 of those files, and all 3 if you have FT3/FT3+.
You need to open the email you got after paying and copy the order number into my purchase area in your account to add it. It does not automatically add it.
base on your screen shot you either never ordered the updated tome as it did come out well after CC3+ was released or you accidentally deleted it from your list by clicking the X to the right of the row

You should be able to send a support to ProFantasy and they should be able to help you sort out the problem.
I would recommend removing the screenshot with the serial numbers just on general principles (black out the numbers in paint if it's important to keep it).
