IIRC, all the previous monthlies are included in the latest update.
So if you have version 3.98 installed, you should already have all the 2021 content installed.

Yes, the 2022 monthlies are found in a separate download (MonthlyContent2022.exe).
The 2021 monthlies are the ones that are now included in update28.
