Is it possible to update the Tome of Ultimate Mapping cover so it doesn't look like this?

I guess this goes to Remy and CC crew specifically. Is it possible to update the Tome of Ultimate Mapping cover so it doesn't look like this? This really bothers me for some reason. I am guessing the cover is not compliant in some way. This is how it looks in Books on the iPad. I would fix it myself but the pdf is password protected. Please help.

Do you know what would be required to change that? I am not using an iPad, so I am clueless for what do do to change that behavior.
I usually fix this by exporting the cover page to a png and then just replacing the cover page with the png in the pdf. Super easy. The password protect is blocking me in this case though.
