Ah. I don't see the Top Posters in cell phone mode. Probably why I haven't noticed it much.
Yea, there isn't space for the side bar on mobile devices, and putting the entire side bar at the bottom isn't a very good user experience, so the statistics and other less important things are not shown for these smaller screens.
