Previous Save Comes up Black

Afternoon all,
Recently upgraded my computer and had to reinstall a few things but now this file is coming up black. Not too sure what's wrong: I've reinstalled and repaired CC3+ and ancillaries already. Most files seem to be fine except for this and one other (which I swiftly and accidentally copied over while checking this file ?). Any idea what may be wrong/is it recoverable? I do have a .jpg saved, so I am able to recreate it if necessary.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think this file is recoverable. I tried digging into the drawing list, and it is basically empty, only a few entities, but nothing related to an actual drawing.
Darn, well thanks for looking into it! Shouldn't be too hard to remake it hopefully
