Line fills not rendering correctly

Apologies if this is a known issue, but my google-fu has failed me once again.
I've been having line fills fail to render correctly, either on-screen or when rendering to image. I get the on-screen problem often when zoomed in, and find that I don't then get it when zoomed out or on finished renders. But the attached image though is taken from a finished render to PNG.
Style is Jon Roberts City from Annual CA63. Tool used is the Path tool, drawn on the Walls sheet, with an added Bevel effect. Turning off the Sheet effects, either overall or individually, doesn't fix the problem.
Anyone else seen this problem? Any suggestions?

Lines in CC3+ doesn't like to overlap themselves, so if you for example traced the line back a little bit before finishing, creating a "double" line, it can look like that.
